Alpha Omega AAC Blocks

The Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) material was developed in 1924 in Sweden. It has become one of the most used building materials in Europe and is rapidly growing in many other countries around the world. AAC blocks are being now used more than 40 % in all construction in U.K. and 60 % in all construction in Germany. In China most of the wall is constructed with only AAC blocks. All developed countries are widely using AAC Blocks in wall construction.

The rise in demand in India has been increased more than ten times during last three years and as a result today Eighty to Eighty five plants are producing AAC Blocks.

AAC BLOCKS

Alpha Omega AAC Blocks

AAC Blocks which is a perfect solution for all kind of building structures being schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Corporate, Apartments and Individual Housing.Alpha Omega AAC Blocks is produced from the common materials like Flyash, Lime, cement, Gypsum, Aluminum and water. After mixing slurry is casted into the moulds after aeration the mould is moved to the cutting machine and it is de molded. The cake has been cutted into horizontally and vertically then it is moved to the autoclaves. Autoclaves under heat and pressure to create its unique properties.

AAC blocks reduce the construction time by 20%. As different sizes of AAC blocks help to reduce the number of joints in wall masonry. The lighter weight of the AAC blocks makes it easier and faster to transport, place and construct the masonry.

01.Non-combustible and Fire Resistant up to 1600 degree Celsius these blocks do not emit toxic gases when they are exposed to fire.
02.Fire Resistant about 4 to 6 hours depending on the thickness of the wall.

Thermal insulation is one of the greatest benefits of using AAC Blocks, as AAC walls help maintain distinct internal and external temperatures.

AAC blocks are excellent ecostic insulators. Depending on the thickness of the wall a sound insulation of 37- 51 db can be achieved. That is an insurance against sound pollution and an assurance for quieter and peaceful living conditions.

The impact of earthquakes forced on a structure is proportional to the weight of the structure. Hence an AAC block provides excellent resistance to earthquakes forces.
